    never saw it before, but according to adverts that i've seen about it in some magazines, they say u can just hatch the brine shrimp in your tank. once they hatch, they practically swim out of the hatchery and into the tank. saves u the trouble of siphoning and separating them from eggshells and stuff.

    i don't think we have it here for sale in SG yet but it's definitely gonna be a hot product once it reaches our shores.[]

    me saw this a long time in some US magazine, really felt like ordering it ...

    it can be used in both freshwater and saltwater setup ... thus your fishes will have every supply of brine shrimps as they swim out from their incubator

    and the shells can be easily skimmed away from the top container ...

    problems is how? wouldnt the saltwater get into our tank?

    apparently saltwater is more dense than freshwater and forms a boundary with it
    so long as you don't go and stir it up, that is

    there's a stage where the saltwater in the hatchery meets the tank's freshwater. it's like a mini estuary where the baby brine shrimp practically swims out into the tank by itself.

    yeah, but simon is wondering why the salt water and the fresh water won't simply combine, you see
