NA curently only have OSRAM, it is very expensive. The price of OSRAM e-balast is enough to buy 2 brand new 2ft 55W PL light.

Are you looking for a e-balast, long shape, very light, white in color and have 2 pin lick.

If that is what you wanted, can try those shops that sell elect and pumping shops. Is not those Hard shop.

I had converted all my Tank lighting as it does not give out heat.
