I have moved house and dismantled my tank. I've since cleaned and dried my ADA soil and kept it. Can i reuse this?

yes you can re-use it, but next time should keep it moist a bit.

how old issit? if its over 10months old, best is to use it for land growing plants.. if you reuse, im sure you will get super cloudy tank even you cycle for a month its still as cloudy..
last time got some free ADA soil from a bro who used it for 1 year.. went back put in my old 1ft cube. total cloudiness.. hang on filter with media run for 2 weeks.. still as cloudy as before..
think twice before using Used ADA soil.

It is because after a while ADA soil will turn to mud, so you need to seperate the mud. I had reuse average 1.5 years old ADA aquasoil without clouding the water. I said average because everytime I do major rescape, I seperate the mud and top up new ADA aquasoil

evo, if this way, would the older substract risk turning to mud first?

I believe it will, but toping up will probably hold the mud below.

I shouldn't call it toping up, for me it is more like mix between old and new ADA during the major rescape.
