Feeding them crushed flake food works. Also daphnia bloodworm has always worked for me.
As for growing, couple of days they should get colour, then its just a case of patience and small feeding 3-4 times a day, make sure you remove any excess food after 3-4 minutes of feeding.
As for introducing them back to the main tank, i'd be carefull. Once they've matured they may start breeding with their parents basically. Obviously inbreeding in any shape or form is bad, and i wouldnt recommend it. Perhaps keep one or two maybe but i'd find them a new home, they breed often for me and so you'll soon have another batch of fry to raise if your conditions are still right. I often had one brood half grown when i had to add more fresh fry into my breeding/hospital tank.
