Was reading this article http://www.cichlidae.com/article.php?id=157 and it mention that they're are not available in the market for almost 30 years.
So is it still not possible to get them?

Maybe you can check with Heiko Bleher himself.
I notice all three reference at the bottom of the article were written by Heiko.
Also noticed collection point is Zaire... not the best place to be as a fish collector.
I think the political instability of the area is lending to the 30 years not in the hobby part.
