    3) When change water, Do i really need to keep the water overnight at bucket or it is safe to host directly into the tank + putting declorine
    4) Adding KH into shrimp tank, any impact to the shrimp. I have measure my KH presently 2
    5) What is best method to reduce amonia aside from waste food, any recommendation?
    6) I have fish and shrimp together, Does it safe? I have plenty of java moss for the shrimp to hide

Hi there... let me try to answer some of your questions:

    1) Just make sure you avoid weekly dosage of fertilizer. If the regiment is for once weekly, then divide the same amount to 7 and dose daily instead.

    2) Once a week in smaller water volume is preferred.

    3) Overnight is better (if not too inconvenient), try to look for better anti-chlorine. Some products by good brands also remove metal elements & etc. from tap water (such as copper).

    4) Having a slightly higher kH can help minimize pH swing (within the course of a day). If you have to raise you kH, perhaps dose to your new water 1 night before water change. It's better than dumping powder into your shrimp tank.

Maybe other forumers can help with some questions too

since im left with Q 5/6,
5 - Best way to reduce NH4 is to either reduce the amount of feeds, bioload or just plant heavy to help in the update of ammonia.
6- You would want to specify what fish you have bought.

sound like you roughly have the same setup as me
my setup - 2 feet tank, app 30 neon tetras, 20 cherry shrimps, 2 otos, 1 CRS

    1) i am using seachem flourish, app 1ml to 10 litres of treated aged water, pour 1 litre into the tank everyday(to counter evaporation as i am using fan).
    2) i change water twice a week, 10%-15% each time
    3) i aged my water at least 1 night with anti chlorine+chloramine and seachem flourish(see 1)
    4) i don't measure KH GH
    5) a fully cycled + heavily planted tank should resolve this issue
    6) as long as the shrimp can fit into the fish mouth, its unsafe
