It looks like Echinodorus bleheri to me. Had the similar algae grwing on the leaves of my swords too. I juz trim thee infected leaves away. Seems to attack weak leaves only.

The leaves of my Amazon Sword contains really ugly brownish patches, which I cannot figure if they are algae or what?

A bit small for E. bleheri. My guess is E. parviflorus (not the tropica var.)
