Best Economical Chiller for 2ft Tank

Hello all,

Am looking for the most economical chiller for a 2ft tank. I'd like the temperature to hit around 25-26. Chiller also has to be relatively quiet. Anyone have any suggestions? Is a budget of $200 too low?

I heard that Resuns are a bit unreliable, though, with them having trouble sensing temp changes...
