How to Get hair Algae

i've a Drift wood full of this Green
algae its nice and thick kinda like a Carpet if u know wat i mean
i've tried to duplicate the same "effect"
one my small drift wood by putting them under my
2 tubes of PL light but growth seems to be slow
its sounds crazy but i really like these kinda Algae
for once these algae i'll grow


can anyone who is into this offer any help

Maybe you can try placing the object againt strong current under strong light.I try this once and all the shrimp love this place.

How about transplanting some from the driftwood that have this stuff? Tie to the other driftwood like mosses... I guess.
