Saw some pretty guppies at thailand at cheap price too, how did you manage to bring them back?

Express mail service . From thai to Singapore . Singpost will take over and send to your place after it reaches singapore . You can also collect from any post office if you want . It will take normally three working days to reach . Tracking is also very easy .

Topics on how to bring livestock back from overseas have already been discussed ad nauseam. If you care to do a search, there are many methods mentioned which can be used.

Now, let's get back to the Moscow black guppies, shall we?

Not too well informed about guppies. Why is this so? Because the strain (genetics) is not "stable"?

Not really . Its due to too much in-breeding . The size , tail shape , health are all affected due to it . A lot of people have only a pair of the strain which may be brothers and sister pair . They breed them and the cycle goes on and on till a point where too much in-breeding causes the fish to be very weak . Normally people try to out-cross the fish or do a line-breed .
