Perhaps the Guppy Club Singapore, or the guppy folks of Arofanatics? I am sure they have quite a variety of exotic show guppies.

Hey there, i saw a few pairs of Moscow blacks at Aquastar at Yishun last night. They're quite expensive though

Depending on the quality you are looking at . Its range from $4 a pair to up to $100+ . If your looking at getting cheaper to try out first , you can go to the farm at jln kayu to get cheap moscow black . Make a left turn on the junction of the old folks house . Its the first farm on the left .
