I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?
Let's compare apple to apple; Hailea vs Resun.
Hailea's power consumption is slightly lesser but barely noticeable when you get your monthly bill. Well, maybe in your yearly bill is would.
The noise level of Resun is louder than hailea, the kick ins are usually more frequent too.
As for price, it is reasonable competitive but note that Made In China chillers have a known thermostat problem and is usually faulty after about 6 months or so. Therefore if you notice, lfs usually offer either no warranty or at most 6 months warranty. An external thermostat can be easily installed.
In terms of after sales service, I believe there shouldn't be any problem in both. Resun to my knowledge is being serviced by Qian Hu if they are under warranty whereas Hailea has worked something out with this freelancer called Derek whom would service it for you at your premises.
Arctica is one of the best chillers around. Be prepared to pay a premium for it too! It's usually double the cost of the china made brand chillers.
You're like comparing a Bose against Akira bro....
Artica chillers uses like 1/4 or slightly more electrical as compared to the china made ones of the same horse power. The overall build & technology design is different. The kick in noise is also almost silent.Whereas feedback of resun is like its like a BANG! and Hailea is a loud hum as the chillers get old. If I remember correctly, Artica comes with 2yrs warranty... probably some bros can confirm on that.
Next to Artica is Teco. Just to let you know, its now made in china but priced only slightly cheaper than Artica.
If I can afford it, yes! it will be my no. 1 choice.

I have a Hailea HC150A in my office room and the kick-in is not loud enough to bother me.
Am currently thinking of getting the HC300A for my 3 x 1.5 x 1.5 ft tank at home.
Is this comparable to the Artica 1/10HP model or the 1/4 HP Model?
Is the monthly bills for the Hailea HC300A much more than the Artica 1/10?
