    Thanks .

did not know the 2 big plants on the left are not aquatic will change them when i know what to replace them with.

However just wondering what harm does it bring when a non aquatic plant is in a tank?

Do they still take part in the oxygen cycle and nitrate cycle? Because they have been in my tank for 3 plus months seems not to melt or rot.

Dutch aquascaping.. Erm.. does it mean putting a bit of every type of plant?

Actually I just started into planted tanks so just bought plants that I thought looked nice and the lfs recommended which are easy to care for.

Dutch aquascaping refers to arranging plants in a orderly fashion.

    ... like a landscaped garden.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

Your plants on your left must be removed, as they will eventually rot in the tank if part of it is not exposed above water, especially the leaves. I recommend changing the plants to nana. Secondly, change the plants on the right to a light coloured stem plants. One bunch should be enough.

Thanks. Will remove the plants on the left, as for the plants on the right they are quite light coloured just that the fan is blocking the light.

Looks original! Make sure you have enough soil for your stem plants behind... it looks a bit too thin currently for stem plants to develop healthy rooting system

If you are worried about the fan blocking the light, i used a clear colored framed fans instead of those black ones.
