yeah it is... just ferns and mosses, thought there is baser fert but there is no planting... that for "just in case" i wanna do any planting...

height of water has been reduced to 13 inch, from gravel to surface of water, reason because i dun wanna over work my chiller, and i like the jutting of the bogwood out of the water surface...

Definitely an investment. Those ferns which you have cultivated is worth alot since they sell for $12 for about 6-8 stocks. Well done

    Hi,

Your lighting is 70W mh, appreciate you could let me know where you got them and the stand. PM me the cost if possible, I'm looking into change my light without increase the wattage.

    Thanks.

The choice of plants are great for that lighting. Anything more will require higher output.

What i don't understand is why did you order a 5x2x2 & only fill 3/4 of the tank's total volume? I'm sure you have your reasons.

    Cheers!

I like the simplicity. Gives me an idea when I do up my 3.5ft tank.
BTW - I would love the water to be filled close to the brim too.
