Could be Hydrocotyle Verticillata or Sibthorpiodes.

I'm pretty sure its one of them, instict tells me to say the latter. H. Sibthorpiodes.

When you buy plants you can occasionally have tiny bits of other plant stuck in the leaves/stems. I have weeping moss in my tank which came with another plant i bought.
