My 3ft tank

Here's my 3 ft tank... to house CRS again, 2nd trial
any suggestions or comments to improve?
1)my driftwoods seem to be all over the place? or any suggestions how i should place them to look nicer?
2) i have 2 banana plants-very small at the left foreground, the next day i saw the leaves and stems floating, only the "bananas" in the soil. will the leaves grow again or they're considered good as 'dead'? possible culprit-snails?


tank specs:
size: L900 x W300 x D380
water cap: approx 25 US gallons -95litres
lights: pl 36w x 2 (10 hours)
soil: gex shrimp soil (red pack)
filter: canister atman cf600 and hydor prime 20.
filter medium: biohome plus and wool
chiller: intend to get hailea hc-150a (yet to get on 7 jul)
co2: 1 bubble per sec from co2 cylinder. co2 solenoid JBJ (yet to get on 7jul)
plants: marimo moss ball, long hairgrass (not sure of name),
dwarf hairgrass, japanese hairgrass, mini riccia,
taiwan moss, spiky moss,microsorum pteropus "needle leaves",
microsorum pteropus "narrow", Eriocaulon sp,
us fissiden (fissiden fontanus),
another type of fissiden (more compact leaves-bought from colourful,
not sure which type),
plant wishing list: mini pelia and hottonia.
fauna: apple snail x 01, horn snails, glass tetra x 06, otos, a few cherry shrimps, taiwan shrimps and malayan shrimps.
Fertilizers/WAter treatment: ADA shade and light (3 drops each per day), Dennerle Flanzen Gold7 (once a week), ADA Green gain, ADA Phyton Git, ADA Bacterball.

I wouldnt comment on the whole setup but a good try. How i wish i've all the stuff you have!
