ID: Is it Prashad's Catfish?

I've noticed a very small tank full of brown banded catfish at C328 for quite awhile now.(It's located at the groin rubbing region behind the bagging station) Seem to be overlooked by many. When searching on planet catfish and this is the closest resemblence. Can any confirm it?
