    Hi guys

    My latest project

    Tank dimensions: 9cm x 7cm x 7cm

I had this Muji acrylic case for a while now but spent a lot of time looking for suitable lighting. Finally found a LED fixture at Ikea today

Let's talk a little bit more about the setup.

    Substrate: Dennerle Black Quartz
    Hardscape: Lava rock
Flora: Glossostigma & Hairgrass (from my 2ft tank)

Planning to do a 50ml water change daily (using a syringe), will draw water from my other tanks

hmm.. looks great! how about some moss on the lava rock? maybe you want to change the glosso to HC as i think the glosso are kinda too big in this small tank...

Will consider adding the Moss later on... the reason I went with Glosso is because I am more confident with Glosso for this experiment. HC is perfect looking but tends to melt. Playing it safe for the time being.

It would look really great once the hairgrass filled up at the back. Are you dosing any liquid co2?

Just for photoshoot? Not confident that they will survive well inside such small confinement. Furthermore they might jump out easily

Seriously, I really do not know how to dose. A single drop will be considered overdosing (for 0.32L) What I'm planning to do is to change water daily using my existing tank water. That will provide sufficient nutrients I believe

If you guys look through ADA journal, they do have such small pico setup as well.they even rear faunas inside. If to use a wide angle lens to take a photo, no1 will even knows its a pico setup.

Some boraras brigette will be nice.they are small and definitely will fit into that small setup

Performed first water change today. Changed a total of 100ml (tank total 320ml)... so that's 30% I used a large syringe to suck water out of the tank... then transfer 50ml from my 2ft tank, 50ml from my 1ft cube. Will do this daily
