Looks like Alternanthera reineckii.

Looks more like Ludwigia glandulosa to me. KF, Reneckii has longer lanceolated leaves.

looks like ludwidgia
but not glandulosa
either emersed or submersed forms don't look quite like that

Could be Ludwigia sessiflora or palustris?
