not sure about clorine level, but add in anti clorine/clorimite anyway. Not using RO, if you use RO for planted tank, you will need to add back the mineral you removed.

Tap water parameter in my area, pH = 7, kH = 0

I live in Ang Mo Kio, and I've been using my tap water fresh from the tap for about 3 years.

Initially I did use anti-chlorine and stuff, but then as time went by, I realised my tap water was safe.

Hmm... for me, normally will let the tapwater age first (at least overnight) & adding anti-chlorine & chloramine ($eachem Pr1me) before adding to my tanks... [Just to be safe...]

Heard that the tapwater may spike in these stuffs t times as PUB dose them into our water at regular intervals... [But don't know how true lah... ]

    Cheers!

I treat all my water with seachem prime. I let the water sit for about a week after each waterchange and have spare 2L bottles for those daily top ups.
