When you request for password reset, it does not do so immediately. The system first emails you to confirm the request. Only when you confirm the request (using the link in the email), then the system will reset the password and email the new random password to you.
Since you are unable to receive emails from AQ, the password has not been reset yet.
I will look into the email issue.












... However, when I try to set a new password from User CP, they say my current password do not match. Therefore, I guess my password had been reseted after all...
