Not a bad effort. Though I can't see what the foreground plant you are using is? looks like small little balls of APP? The only thing that irks me is the use of the fake background with the Echinodorus plants on it... mebbe you could change to a black background?

One other point is whether all your tank lights are on? The light distribution seems rather uneven which may impact some of your plants. e.g. The back right of the tank is very dark.

Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.

Good start... now the challenge is to maintain it. []

Anyway, why is there so much space above the water?

ahahhaas sorry , forgot to on the second light ^^; in the pic , only the back light is on . im using 2 36w pl lighting , 1 in the front 1 in the back.

as for the plant , the look short coz i trimmed them , when i brought them home , they were all bent out of shape so i trimmed them.

im getting rid of that stupid background that came with the tank , how abt a rocky background ? or a black backgrd?

but um , is there too many plants ? thx for the editting of the post []

Nah the number of plants is fine. Just be careful that the tall plants don't block too much light from each other.

Just do trimming before they get too tall and start spreading over the surface. Keep the tall plants infront slightly shorter then the ones behind. Looks better too.
