Nice to hear of an aquarist from Cambodia! Where are you from, Phnom Penh, Siam Reap?
I have visited Siam Reap and Angkor Wat before, really had a wonderful time there. Plenty of local fish in Tonle Sap!![]()
Thanks everyone. It is great for me to join this site. I have been in the hobby for almost one and a half year now. The biggest issue here in Cambodia is knowledge and not many people are in this hobby. People don't know aquatic plants and even what is CO2. It has been very hard for me to find aquarium accessories and plants - only 3 lfs in Phnom Penh (I am in Phnom Penh). Talking about wilderness, i think there are plenty of undisturbed areas however it is also knowledge related. Cambodia is now in motion. Currently I own two tanks (26G fish only & 65G planted tank) but I have never been success in planted tank due to limited resources i.e. plants, fert and pressurized system. I have learned a lot from being a member of aquaria central but it what they do there is something that is not much applying to country such as Cambodia and at last i find AQ. Hope you all help to guide me through. I am pretty much looking for resources.
