Once I have an 1 ft tank somehow fishes all died within a couple of days. After the tank become fishless, some sort of leech/worms appears. Think they came from a packet of water flea I put in. That's about the dirtiest thing I had put into the tank. Didn't want to put my hands in. So I went provision shop, buy a packet of salt and pour in whole packet. Then left the tank under hot sun for a few days to dry off totally. After that then clear off the contents and wash clean clean.

I've never seen worms swim before... red and mouth in front would seem like blood worms ya? Fish food. Just get 2 or 3 tetras and a couple of yamatos.

A few tetras or guppies may do the trick of clearing them. Think they may be tubifex worms.
