2026 already got primer. tired, use your feet instead.
Bought mine from Soon Heng last month. There are 2 sets. Installation set 1 and 2, which basically is input and output or I think Eheim calls it suction and pressure. Prices are about S$33 and S$36 before discount. Expect 10 to 15%.
This installation sets are better for open tanks and preferable, there should be 3 to 4 inches of space between the wall and the back of your tank. If not, it's quite difficult to use (which is why I got rid of my sets). It can be used on any canister filter (and makes priming really easy). Take note that there is 2 sets for different hose size. Don't buy the wrong size.

Ummmm... how does it make priming easier? Can't figure it out from the diagrams.

If you look carefully, there is a little knob at the top of the installation set. It's a cap. You can unscrew this and pour water in to the filter from here. So no need to suck and swallow tank water.

what is "priming"? My hydor-10 is self priming filter... I never understood what it meant.

Priming... the process of filling the inlet and outlet pipes, and filter with water so that it will operate properly when you start the filter.
