Hi all,My name is John Starkey I live Worcester Wocestershire uk,I am semi retired at 53 yrs young i was in the logistics bussiness now i just work when it suits me ,I have been married for 28yrs to my wife Ann we have two lovely sons Lee/Ben but unfortunatley Ben Passed away in feb 2006 from liver cancer he was 18 yrs old **** happens and life must still go on,My great passion is planted tanks and i am a member of UKAPS (UNITED KINGDOM AQUATIC PLANT SOCIETY).My present setup is a 150x50x60 dutch style which i am very happy with,my only problem is i like to try different plants and i am always moving things around but at present it looks great,I am in the planning stages of my next setup which will be a 60x40x45 opti-white setup with all the ADA bling,this size will enable me to try different scapes more often,regards john.

Welcome to AQ! Sad to hear about your son passed away, yes life have to carry on and make your next of kin more happy. Show them your beautiful planted tank, especially your wife. Looking forward your new scape. Keep us posted. Enjoy your stay here!

You will find lot's of tanks for ideas to try on your new tank in the aquascaping section.
It would be also of interest to some members to see your "Dutch style" tank as most tend to lean to the "ADA style" this part of the world...
