    Hi,

I wonder if discus and yamato can be together ? I previously had a yamato. But after I bought a discus, the yamato died on me. Think the yamato is scared of the big fish though i had never seen the discus attacking the shrimp before.

Are they compatible to be in the same tank ?

No, not compatible at all. Discuss will eat them.

    ahyann,
your discus might be ready to spawn as they are cleaning the breeding ground...

    emmanuelwoon,
yes you can keep it if you have lots and lots of hiding space for your yamatos to hide.. i keep mine with discus for quite some time already... recently there are a few even dare to venture out to feed on the frozen blood worms with my discus... i also don't know how come that few shrimp so daring...
