Where to buy a diatom filter?

Can you buy diatom filters in Singapore? If so, where?

Given the research I've done it does not appear that there is any store in Singapore that sells them. I thought I'd check with this forum first as there has not been many posts about diatom filters in the past year.

Also, can anyone recommend a brand? I'm currently leaning towards the Vortex range of products. Vortex also does 220V models suitable for Singapore.

I do have one concern about Vortex. The website: www.diatomfilters.com report that the entire vortex range they sell are discontinued. I need to research this more … possibly need to give Vortex a call.

Any help is appreciated.

They are not on sale in Singapore. I think very few folks are using it due to the high price.

If you are interested to buy one, I listed a Magnum one yonks ago in the marketplace. No takers as very few appreciate what this filter can do for you.

Thanks for the info. i'll look into the magnum and let you know. I think I'm still leaning towards the vortex however.
