    They have replaced the Bright Sand with a more specialized range of sand:
    Forest Sand - Orinico
    Forest Sand - Xingu
    Forest Sand - Branco
    Saw some at Biotope a few weeks ago.

    Thanks! Maybe i would go for "Forest Sand - Xingu" as my foreground sand. Hope they still have it.

    for a similar look at a much cheaper price, perhaps you could get a pack of unlabelled sand from C328. ask auntie for the lighter coloured coarse one ("bai de cu de" in chinese). I just set up a tank half filled with that sand and it looks similar to the Xingu sand

    try the c328 one they have 1-3mm grain size (similar to lapis) and really fine powder ones

    Based on the ADA cataloge, ADA bright sand will raise the pH. Anyway using bright sand experience that?
