It depend, can be because of the gravel/substrate mud or bacteria bloom. You can do water change. Usually I don't care, just wait for 2 weeks with filter on will do the job. You need to cycle your tank anyway

my tank got no substrate

only a bubble filter with new media(coral chips, ammonia stone and wool)
