Nice setup for this tank and you have good idea of layout of the rocks and the white path like river showing the depth of the tank. Keep it up and post more pictures for us to learn.

Change to the wood on the right hand side definately for the better. It opens up that middle section of white and compliments the shape better. Was more opressive facing down, good choice turning it to face up.

Tank will look good when plants have matured and spread a little. Great job, i look forward to tracking the progress of this tank.

Well..sorry to anyone who liked it the second way, I turned it back the way it was. I like it that way..it's different. It's supposed to look natural, and in nature a branch can be just about any direction.
The Nova Extreme was about $65., the Coralife fixture about $30. & shipping on both. So about $115.. Thanks everyone for your input and nice compliments.

Hi. You can reverse your inlet hose, at least you don't have to saw it or tilted into current direction to make it straight. It will look nicer. Well done for the setup. Looks great with alot of potential.

    Cheers

Did it today..went to an office supply and picked up a flat black foam presentation board. I just need to cut it and figure out a way to attach it. I found some erios, but it will be several weeks before they are ready. My CO2 will be here this week...yay! Unfortunately..mini rotala II turned out to be rotala I, and most of it was covered in algae. I kept two pieces.
