Hey Matt,
Welcome and great to know you're finally posting.
From the look of your old fish room, I would say you have an terrible addiction there![]()
Cheers!
Hi everyone. I joined this forum a few months ago but now think it's time to say hello following a poke from HW Choy.![]()
I am 30 years old, from England and have always had a passion for the natural world. I have had fish of one kind or another since my 11th birthday when my father bought me a tank. I instantly fell in love with the hobby and by 15 years I was working in a local aquarium store and had 8 tanks in my bedroom at home. Went on to study Environmental/Conservation Biology at university and built a fish room that eventually contained 31 aquaria.
Sadly earlier this year the room had to be dismantled as I relocated from England to Spain. I now reside in Barcelona and take as many trips into the countryside to find wildlife as I am able. I have also recently become involved with the Iberian Cyprinodontid Conservation Programme but I will start a thread elsewhere about this.
Anyway I hope to be of some use here and more importantly learn new things! Thanks for reading if you made it this far! Here is a picture of my old fish room to finish:

Welcome to AQ!!!
The fishroom is a luxury that many of us in Singapore don't have. You setting one up in Spain as well?
Anyway, glad to see you becoming more active and the introduction is a great way to start.
If you need help with our forum or it's interface, just shout for us.
Cheers,
I have dwarf cichlids in my tanks! Do you?
Welcome,
I always wanted to do a part-time working in a fish store.

Hi Matt,
Welcome to AQ! You have a nice fish room that many of us can only dream of.
Anyway, are you the one who did the write ups on www.seriouslyfish.com? I have been looking up the knowledge base for some time now, great information you have there!
Glad to have you onboard here in AQ.
