Eh, like tall hairgrass? Used to have a few stalks of them but didn't really manage to grow them well.
The kinds of roundish fish that I can think of are not really suitable for the set up. Hmmmm, vertical lines?, maybe I should get some zebra danios for vertical lines? Hahahaha, just a thought.

Must have been asleep when I wrote the reply, what I meant was the tank was way too small for the fish.
Kinda look like some kind of indiana jones ancient stone temples concept ... with the concentric circle arrangement.
Maybe put some "flame" moss in the center to complete the worship![]()
Actually i thought that placing some really finer branches around the centre with some long hair grass and moss on stone chips can be interesting and yet take advantage of the tallish proportion the tank. With that, you are more free with your choices of fauna.

Bern still suck at Water Chemistry + Plant Names
Noted, will kiv until the hairgrass grows a bit more to see how it turns out first though.
Something to learnt from the grandmaster Amano...
1. He always placed his rocks partially buried. Looks more natural that way.
2. The big ones at the back, the small ones in front. The big ones usually have small ones surrounding it. Naturally creating depth.
3. The rock placements has got character. Taper edge of the rocks are always pointing upwards at an angle.
Everything should be made as simple as possible...but not one bit simpler.
Hi Gary,
any updates on your tank? How's the HG? is it creeping?

Hey Rizal,
Saw your post about you getting a new tank, can't wait to see the result. Sad to report the hairgrass in the tank is not doing well, now in the process of looking for another type of plant. Really don't know what to put in.
