    Hmm i'm not quite sure myself , from the link enoran gave me i'd say it was a Albino Hyphessobrycon Anisitsi. By the way enoran what is that fish called you have on your image i have five of these in my tank.

    I agree with Enoran, it looks like Hyphessobrycon Anisitsi or Buenos Aires Tetra

    2 of Penguin Tetras are always engage in a short sparring matches where they swoop at each other at quick speed.

    They are the "Bad Boys" in my tank and tends to chase the rummy nose tetra and black neon tetra around occasionally. They leave the Glass Catfish which are larger than they are alone though ...
