I wonder if anyone knows how to rectify this problem. Bought the above mentioned light set, operated in 2 switch at the ballast. 1 switch controls 2 T5 tubes.
The light malfunction one fine day. When both switches are on, the light tubes 1 and 4 is on but 2 and 3 remains off. All 4 tubes are fine.
Can anyone help?

The connection at 2 & 3 might have a problem. I don't advise you to open up the circuitry as not everyone is competent in doing so. Best is to send it to someone who knows how to do it.
If you're very sure about it, the connection points from the ballast to the light pins might have a problem.
Though this might not be the only possible solution/problem to your case.
