This should be Rotala sp. 'Nanjenshan'.

The plant has reddish hue. Could it also be some form of Pogostemon stellata (Eusteralis)?

Looks sort of similar but its way too small for P. stellata and the growth isnt right. Ive kept the Narrow and Broad leafed form of P. stellata and its neither of those.

Is Rotala sp. 'Nanjenshan', when low Phosphate, low nitrate and high lighting the top part will give slight reddish. If NPK provide enough then it will be bright green colour but when reaching to top surface or highlighting it will have reddish also.

'Pogostemon stellata' is aout 3-4 times bigger than Rotala sp. 'Nanjenshan'.
