Just dropping in to say Hi! Not exactly new to aquarium keeping but reading the threads on guppy breeding has sparked a new interest, so yeah, I'm building a new aquarium. Maybe a planted one with guppies, cs and ottos.

I'd venture to say one tank will not be quite enough for breeding...

Haha yeah Celtic, the guy at the LFS who I bought my 1 ft cube told me the same thing. He advised me to get a few small tanks for breeding and also to house the females and use the planted tank as a show tank.

Oh those blue grass are nice Jacian, I prefer black pastels though

Guppy breeding usually does not go well with planted tank as planted tank prefer soft water while guppy do better with some hardness in the water. But it is always nice to have a planted tank with your male guppy as the main highlight.
