Hi to all the shrimp master out there. I want to keep some fishes with my CRS, but i'm also worry that some of the fishes might attack my CRS.

Did anyone of you had ever keep fishes together with the CRS? I'm looking for some friendly fishes to stay in my 422 tank with CRS & berries. Currently having 6 Otto living with my CRS. Please advise me.

    Thank You!

I'm no master but how about Boraras merah or Boraras brigittae?
I think they are quite small and gentle fish.
It is also best that you have lots of hiding place for your shrimp so that they will feel safe If you intend to breed your CRS intensively, it's better not to add any more fish. Your never know when a shrimplet will accidentally end up in the mouth of the fish
It's simple...but no one said it will be easy

Tried and tested with Boraras brigittae/Mosquito rasbora in my RCS tank.
Only 1 in my 2ft tank, does not bother shrimplets.
Perhaps, you'd like to keep the numbers low.

    Hi kaganesti,

I think only boraras is the best fish to keep with CRS. Do thay school together like rummy nose? I intend to have about 100pcs of fish for my 422 tank. Hmm.. anymore choices for me beside having boraras?

    Thanks!

The bioload causes by feeding the 100 Boraras can give problem to the better strain CRS.
