Any good books/ catalogues on aquatic plants to recommend from fellow hobbyist? lets say i would like to get just one, which one would it be and where you think i can source for them? thank you very much for your attention

as shadow mention, it has got to be the oriental plant hand book. Just ask your LFS and they should be able to get it for you from Mr Ow. I got mine through hong yang for about $50.

For browsing/Pictorial book -> Oriental plant book
For reference plant Book -> Kasselmann's Aquarium plants

others like dennerle or kasselmann's planted aquarium are also good choice.

However, if you intend to use it for pictorial purpose, save your money, there are many online catalogue such as Tropica and Dennerle available
