nice setup
btw..you re not going to make that chinchilla cage a permanent home are you? bc it's far too small
make sure to add a DC fan for air circulation and ventilation for your tilly, if you decide to keep Carnivorous plants, then you need a strong light to substitute the absent of sunlight.

heys haha my paludarium failed.. no tank cover. everything dried up except the tilli which is sort of dried already. but it is not dead.
my reason to try this tank out was so that i do not have to buy the exo terra tank!! very ex. so i thought maybe i should try out on a 1ft cube.
ONLY Blue Zebras.
Forget about the Exo-Terra tanks, their profit margin here is insane. I just can't stand people who jack up the prices of their products just because they happen to be the sole distributor. Go for the china brands like those carried by East Ocean Trading. Same functionality and quite good quality for a fraction of the price.
Your terrarium drying up has nothing to do with a tank cover. Even the tank covers are made of screen. Mist more often..if not possible, invest in a misting set.
