hi hello.. i've just stop keeping marine fishes , cause i've a 2ft tank and cabinet..the bad things is my cabinet is a bit small which i cant put some marine equipment eg, skimmer, chiller, and some other bioactive equipment...i'vr kept 3 years in marine, and still 'tahan' with the algae, coralk die, some fish die....and i've spend lot money and kinda like addicted and crazy..still want to kept marine... And now i've think not once and twice...but 10 times to maybe just give a break on marine...

But now, just started 3 days ago i planted..and keeping sakura red shrimp, and small fish...But... my shrimp left 1 instead of 4...and some plant, the leaves became yellow, and chocolate like dying...i'm using normal PL 2 feet lighting and a CO2 which 1 buble per 5second....my tank temp is 29C....

Anyone please give me some good advice please.. and is there any mistake that i've made to my tank,plant,equipment...?

1 bubble per sec rule of thumb
fauna last to go in, cycle the tank first. takes about 3 weeks. intro fauna in small batches. for shrimps, you need to acclimatise them because they are very fragile (more on than later when you are due to introduce the shrimps)
check the temperature of the light. should be 7k for plants
what substrate are you using? you need to prepare. look for ADA website. they have a good PDF file on how to start a plant tank
ideal temperature is 25C. you can lower via fans or chiller (expensive, so can wait till you are sure)

The substrate is the soil/gravel that you use as the planting media.

You may want to read on sticky like http://www.aquaticquotient.com/forum...ad.php?t=16813 and http://www.aquaticquotient.com/forum...ad.php?t=27279

As mentioned earlier, I'd suggest you add any fauna for now.
Wait for the tank to cycle, about 3 to 4 weeks from your start date.
Then you can add fauna incrementally not all at once.

As for the lighting, it takes time for the plants to grow (ie - days or weeks depending on species).
Observe the effect on plants growth first.
Then you can make changes for the better.
Otherwise the LFS will love you since you act fast and run out to buy something everyday!
