I've just installed the Koralia 1 in my 4x2x2...very gentle flow despite the 1500L/hr rating. I'm definitely adding 1-2 more. I think if I put in the nano, the additional flow would get "lost" in the tank, so I'm glad I got the 1...in fact I'm thinking that perhaps I should have gotten 2 Koralia 2s instead.

So the larger Koralias are good for a larger planted tank blue33

LOL! Thanks! vwsj84 look at the spiky moss you bought, you can tell the quality of the plant. Yeah i'm dosing dry ferts that mix with RO water. Here's the pic of my dry ferts that i mix with 1.2litre RO water. The mix ferts can last me about 3-4mths for 2 tank.

I don't have the effect in my tank, instead of trying to scape, im finding myself doing a more " maintainance trim" bi-weekly. Will update soonest on my thread... been busy of the late.

Very nice tank... No thoughts of using glass piping in your tank? I know they can be bought for really cheap at the LBS at Havelock road...

Thanks. Have tried lily pipe before, still prefer those plastic one, more easy to manipulate. LOL.

I shall be eyeing this thread eagerly then for you to post.

Not much news from me to be honest. I havnt really touched my tanks for a few months now. Although currently setting up my 2ft so a thread/journal may pop up in the coming weeks for that. Other than that i've taken a step back and just let my tanks be. Growth is soooo slow in my 3ft that i don't actually do anything other than WC weekly.
