glad that you did find the answer...but for those who wants to know,

    1litre of water = 1kg

this would mean that an average 4x2x2 tank's weight =

    120cm x 60cm x 60cm = 432000cm cube
1 liter of water = 1000 cm cube
    = 432000 / 1000
weight of water contain in tank = 432kg
total weight, you need to add the weight of tank and cabinet/stand...and it may be an estimated gross weight of 600 to 700kg

    2 tier stand with 1 4x2x2 on top and a 4x1.5x1.5 below

    question

is it safe for hdb flat to have it this way? i.e both planted with weight of water ,gravel and all other stuff cos think weight would be 1000+ kg.

i think your tanks will weigh about 6~700 kg tops
    i wouldn't advise it though
i'm against any stacking of tanks
the big tanks you see are on cabinets, distributing the weight evenly
for stands, i feel it's not safe
