which light size?

I have a spare 2.5 feet tank which i am thinking of setting up as a planted tank.
Just wondering if i should get a 3feet light or a 2 feet light. Don't seems to be able to find one which says for 2.5 feet thanks

get a 3ft to ensure coverage of full length of the tank
or use hanging pendulum style lighting

You can try calling Nature Aquarium. Mr Chan did mention he had a 2.5ft light set before.

Or if you are handy with tools, look for a used or spoilt 3ft light and saw the aluminium housing to size. It's quite soft and easy to cut with a hack saw or jigsaw if you have one. Then refit/replace the bulbs and ballast.
