ISTA Max Mix CO2 (M) with Eheim 2213

Have anyone tried the above combination before? Does it work? Because according to the manual, it stated that ISTA CO2 reactor need a working flow rate of 360L/hr - 1000L/hr and the Eheim 2213 barely make it to the mark stated 400L/hr.

Should not have problem if you maintain 2213 clean (once a monthly washing on media). Currently I am using 2213 with 1/20HP chiller for my 2ft tank.
