Today, I was at Aquaristikmesse Zoo-Zajac, Duisburg, Germany. And saw these unique fish, Pseudohemiodon aphitanos.
It is consider rare for keeping as hobby here, is it common in other part of the world?

    Cheers,
    Manu

Hi Manu, these are also rare and usually expensive in the UK. We imported a batch into a shop I used to work in in 2007 but most came in very weak and undernourished. The dark colouration seen in your pics seems to be indicative of this. Are those fish feeding?

These are pretty much rarely available here in Singapore. If I remember correctly, they were available once in 2006 or 2007.

There are other Pseudohemiodon species available from time to time though, but these too also seem rather rare.
