    Gas leak from CO2 cylinder!!!

    Today after i collect my refilled co2 tank from lfs, go home fix solenoid back, turn the Knob to open the gas flow, i notice the gas leak, co2 gas leak around the knob area, may i know how to rectify such problem?

    bring it back to the lfs and ask them to check.
    how can they refill your cylinder when there is an obvious leak.

    Have you try tightening the screw at the red knob?

    I noticed for those blue tanks, the screw get loosen easily, when we on/off the tank. Just shut the cylinder off, and tighten the screw (hand tight is enough). Open the valve again. The leak stops in my case. (Learn this neat trick from System & Control)....

    Mate, your Co2 tank seal is faulty, a common problem especially for the Taiwanese made Co2tank. You either change the seal or the entire valve to a valve made in Japan (together with the knob assembly - cost around $30 plus)

    Fyi, Japanese valve are better for Co2 tank, whereas Taiwanese valves are more suitable & work better for O2 tank - information from industrial gases manufacturer - Chemical Gas Pte Ltd

    Try Bioplast contact Mr Tan hp:96205695 for the fix
    (Damage= less than $5 if without Co2 top up=Hope i didn't violate the rule )
