Grabbed a few of the Cory species yesterday from MinShen Dong E. Rd.(Taipei)
Pls review and let me know if I named them correctly. Not very sure on two of them especailly Cory rabauti & Cory bolivianus.

Got another Corydoras duplicareus. So I have total 5 pairs of Cory Species in my tank now excluding the pygamy not in the pic ....

One thing I noticed is that the same species pairs tends to swim together.

the zygatus and rabauti are very hard to tell apart
i go with rabauti too, though
if you can breed them it'll be a sure way to find out which of the two they are

    the 'bolivianus' i can't confirm
bolivianus has fine dots on the head until the gill area, the one you have reminds me of sodalis, but it doesn't look right

Hi all! I have a 4ft tank with about 40% foreground plants. Would like to introduce some corydoras.

Can advice which species & where's the best place to get?

Will they dig out the roots?

Szesteve, it depend on your preference. There is a lot of corydoras species out there. Some are common while some are rare n hard 2 find in SG. There are a few species that look alike but u need a good eyesight 2 tell the difference between the species. Try this webby for more info on them. http://www.mars.dti.ne.jp/~yamyam/index-e.html. Take your time 2 look through the selection available. Hope this helps.
