Any details? Are they harmful to planted tank? By look at the soil, they are quite big in size true?

same as Pila ampullacea (White Apple Snail)
normal size as usual ( about 1~1.5 cm)
it will not eat the plant / fish
and easy to keep in the tank with fish and shrimp
temp : 22 ~ 28
ph : 6.5 ~ 7.5
when it was young, whole body is purple/pink
when adult, you will see some swirl pattern on the shell as the picture
this color is very nice and special

all are ok now and keep with shrimp and grass tank too

yes! i hate apple snails. they're always chewing up my vallisneria and blyxa japonica!!

Not all apple snails devour plants. Some do eat plants but some others prefer rotting plants, unless there is absolutely no food available to them.
