I really need help for my fishes keep dying 1by1. Recently I found 1 of my Red Eye Tetra lying on its side and at times swim unbalance, it has died then and today I found another is started to losing its swimming balance and is swimming slanted. Ive added some apple snails and trumpet snails recently but as soon as the snails get into the water its stay there unmoved and the apple snails died and now the shells disolving. Is there anything wrong with the water condition? Id appreciate any diagnostic.

We can't help until you tell us more. It could be anything thats causing this.

you'll have to be more specific on tank parameters, get test kits and find out your tanks specifics.

If you don't provide details of your tank setup, others would find it very difficult to help. To help yourself, you need to help us with more information. Try filling this up.

ammonia and nitrite test. filter may be plugged or not working properly. perhaps ask your local store if you don't have tests, they may test some of your water for you.

the most obvious is ammonia or nitrite, if the tank is otherwise fairly clean and water changes have been done consistently.
test for ammonia and nitrite. the filter may be plugged or not working properly.

but the form will help diagnosis, instead of "taking shots in the dark".

my guess; filter plugged, and water is bypassing the dirty media, or not cycled properly, resulting in nitrogen cycle problem (ammonia ) , or it may also be just not enough water changes, so waste end products (nitrate and others ) built up too high.

But how is your pH so low ? That's why I think it may be a buildup,

Consider re-setting up the tank and have everything thoroughly washed or changed.

Sometimes, hard to speculate what went wrong.
